“What a powerful reminder of how digital storytelling can transform a life story into a source of strength and inspiration. Joe’s journey as a firefighter is not just a career. It speaks of courage, service, and staying true to a dream.

I have seen Aurelia Castro work wonders with my students, guiding them to shape stories that reveal qualities no CV can capture. This digital story lights a spark. Your story matters. It is time to tell it. Continue your great work in helping your participants peel the onions to a more profound discovery for healing, legacy, and meaning.
Au,
This was a great video and brought back lots of memories. Thank you for sending it to me and I will pass it on to our Indian friends. Actually a video of our conference in KL in November will be a huge blessing as most people do not know all the other people and this will be a vey good memory for this conference which is turning out to be a one of a kind time together. We had planned for about 50 people but now it looks like we will have almost 100 people coming.

“I’m fortunate that we had Au. She was with us almost 24/7. She went to all of our friends gatherings, she would just tag along and she does it very graciously…She just kinda slowly does her thing…I could never have pulled together all these different conversations to make a story. But she was able to condense all these into short, little snippets. It’s an art…” – Joan Chee (Michigan, USA)
“I would like to thank Ms. Au and Ms. Rae for facilitating this workshop and also the Feed the Children family for giving us this rare opportunity to showcase our skill in telling our stories. It helped me improve my writing, communication skills and even video editing skills.”
Verlen James (Cebu, Philippines)
“Doing my video or digital story helped me understand and thank God for the cross cultural threat that started early in my life, became integral in my calling, and is blossoming here in our new bilingual First Pres community. Everyone I know who took on this storytelling adventure has found it rewarding and well worth the effort.”
Jan Newbold (California, USA)
“I thought I had no story to tell. However, through Aurelia’s tutelage and expertise, she was able to guide me through the process, calm my fears and encouraged me to tell my story. I was truly shocked at how incredible it was…such a beautiful, fulfilling process. I’m forever thankful.”
